Refunds & Returns
We hope we can resolve any issues; if it is a case of returning a piece you don't find suits you, we understand entirely. Here are the details on how to return your unwanted jewellery.
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. We can send you a brand new pair if they are faulty.
We do offer a three-month warranty on all jewellery. If your accessories break or start to tarnish in 3 months, let us know, and we'll replace your accessories.

How do I return my item?

To allow us to refund you as quickly as possible, we've implemented a quick & straightforward returns process online. Please fill in the form to start the process.

We will send an email to you with the return address.
Unfortunately, we're currently unable to offer free returns for our customers.

Please return the item in the correct packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
​
We aim to process your refund within 14 working days after we have received your refund. An email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Please note that the funds can take 14 working days to clear into your account. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us.
